Our Drug and Alcohol / Safe and Sober Program is designed to educate drivers on the serious risks and legal consequences associated with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This course helps drivers understand how impaired driving affects judgment, reaction time, coordination, and overall road safety.

The Drug & Alcohol class is mandatory for all out-of-country license holders who wish to obtain a Maryland driver’s license. The program fully complies with MVA requirements and is accepted by the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration.

This is a one-time, 3-hour class that provides comprehensive instruction in a clear and easy-to-understand format. Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a Certificate of Completion, which must be presented at the MVA during their initial appointment.
