• The Drug & Alcohol class is for all Out-of-Country License holders that would like to obtain their driver's license in the State of Maryland.

• This is only 3hrs class

• Once you Complet the Cours will give you a Certificate of Completion which will have to be presented at MVA on your initial appointment.
